Q&A for Laura Purdie Salas

Kids usually have lots of questions for me—some having to do with writing, and some not. Here are some of the questions I get asked:

Q. Do you have any pets?

A. Yes. I love animals, and we have a beagle named Jack (short for Captain Jack Sparrow). He’s the cutest dog ever, even if he is sort of bug-eyed. You can see a video of Jack singing here.
