Laura’s Poetry Readalouds (Audio and Video)

April 7, 2021 By Laura Leave a Comment

It’s National Poetry Month, and I hope you’re having a great time with poetry and your students. I’m usually so busy creating new things that I sometimes forget to share resources I already have. So during my April Curriculum Connections posts, I’ll be pointing you toward some of my resources you might helpful, whether it’s National Poetry Month or not by the time you find this post.

Looking for videos or audioclips for your students? I’ve got ‘em!

Videos:

My Readalouds Page (which also has readings of many of my rhyming picture books)

Enjoy!

[My Classroom Connections posts share a way to connect one of my books or poems to a classroom topic–often something timely that you might be covering in the next month or so. Please share this post if you have educator friends who might be interested–thanks!]

April News

It's National Poetry Month!

Every day during April, I'm posting an equation poem, like this:

Find mine on my blog, Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter (I'm @LauraPSalas on all three). And write your own in the Comments or with #EquationPoem. Happy National Poetry Month!
