Earlier this week, I shared a note of thanks for my beagle, Jack. Today, I’m re-sharing a zeno poetryaction he inspired a couple of years ago.

Thanks for modeling the zeno. I had a hard time the first time I encountered it at Today’s Little Ditty. Thanks, also, for being the first to try out Inlinkz at Random Noodling. It worked for me, but I wasn’t sure if it would work for anyone else!
Always scary trying a new form or linky-thingy! I have found with zenos, after having written maybe 12 of them, that I either really like the way they come out, or they sound really forced. I never know until after I write one:>)

Love pee-mails! Too funny! Unfortunately, my dog leaves pee-mails around my house too!

Dear Captain Jack, doing his duty! I don’t remember this one, Laura, and that “pee-mail” is hilarious. The ‘zeno’ seems to work well here!

Pee-mail is too funny. Those mail boxes allow our four-legged friends to “shop the classifieds” just as we humans are fond of doing.
Hehe. Or window shop! “Just browsing.” Like we’ve told about 100 furniture sellers this past month.
Maybe pee-mails are doggie diary entries. Isn’t it fun making up words? It is so much fun being a poet. Thank you for sharing you excellent Zeno.

I have a beagle, too, and walks with her can be so…meandering! I’d love to be able to use one of those ultraviolet scanning devices to “read” what she’s sniffing!
I don’t think I’d want to know;>) Though it would be cool to see if coyotes or cougars had visited our street…
